In the last three decades of its existence, BIRD society has emerged as an institute of excellence in offering quality training, research and consultancy services to its client institutions. Cumulatively, BIRD has trained more than 1.60 lakh personnel from banks and financial institutions, rural financial institutions, NGOs, Government Agencies from India and abroad.

The institute offers wide array of training, both off-the-shelf and customized, in the domain verticals of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource, Development and Projects, and Micro Finance & Financial Inclusion. The short duration training programmes are conducted on-location, in-campus and on-line mode. Our pedagogy is uniquely designed to suit the clients need and our faculty members actively challenge and support trainees to enable them to structure learning experience that are enriching, relevant and rewarding.

The institute has well maintained training infrastructure including learning classrooms, hostels, auditorium, central library, conference facility, audio-visual room, sports and recreational facilities. The 43-acre sprawling eco-friendly and bio-diverse campus offers the most conducive learning experience to the participants.
